The Neutra House was moved and renovated by the Los Altos Community Foundation which manages its use under a contract with  the City of Los Altos who owns the house and the property.

There is a fee for the use of the Neutra House.

** If yes, user must pay an extra $36 to apply for an alcohol permit from the City of Los Altos Police Department.   If and when you pay us this fee and fill in all the above information, we will forward a request for the permit and forward the fee.   You will be notified of approval via email in about one week.   The permit is essentially automatic, but the City has the right to deny the request or to revoke the permit since the house is on City property.
